I spend several hours every day on my computer and I never realized how bogged down it really was and how much time it cost me. Quite honestly I was falling out of love with my computer and I thought the only solution was divorce. I gave you a call and you thought the relationship was salvageable. I was also excited to find out that you would make a diagnosis at no charge before I committed to investing into a repair. What you did to speed up my computers performance was amazing in such a short period of time. You put on a clinic on how to service a customer and I was delighted with my experience from the time I contacted you on the phone until, well until get used to running this fast on my computer.
